I will be offering the Muslim prayer at the One Spirit Convocation on June 20, 2009.

On Wednesday, March 4, 2009, I was asked to speak at the New York City Leadership Program about “Religion and Politics in the American Public Sphere.” It was a panel discussion with a Rabbi and Reverend. Fantastic panelists and an amazing group of participants.

I will be teaching three courses at the Center for Religious Inquiry in the Spring of 2009: Introduction to Islam (starting 2/9 for four weeks) Basic Arabic (one day intensive, 2/21) Muslims and the Prophets of Judaism and Christianity (starting 4/22 for four weeks)

I will speaking at One Spirit during the month of February. The event is not open to the public.

The Center for Religious Inquiry is always a great way to hear current lectures on religion.
